As an agent what happens if I get a bad review –  After missing the potential new listing, we recommend improving your level of customer service, marketing or systems in place to ensure these issues do not jeopardize any future business endeavors.

Why not open it up for the public to rate agents? -  Agency Finder is not like  other rating sites and we do not want to take the risk of providing false information. For example, if the site were to be available for the public to rate agencies, there is the potential for agencies to promote their business anonymously. By controlling the ratings we ensure that the information you see truly reflects how an agency operates and functions in an area.

Can I get my review to the top of the page? - The top reviews on the page are those with the best reviews. Therefore to receive the top reviews you have to be the top agency.
