Marketing Mistakes

The First property we see this morning while mystery shopping a property manager.
Have a look at the script, which states the property has  ”Views and Large Balcony” yet the only photos available are of the front of the property, and two photos of the kitchen. If I was looking to rent this property I would love to see the living area, large balcony, and the views online before attending an open to ensure the script aligns with the property.

The second property is by the same agency. With such low quality photos used, the marketing is seriously lacking and will lose interest and potential tenants.
